Everyday life in a rickety old French farmhouse with two very lively Polish Lowland Sheepdogs.
A record of those little things too unimportant for a diary but too important to be forgotten.
The kennels. The day that your caring audience has dreaded. Can it be true? When? How long? Give us a date please - to look forward to the joyous reunion. Will you be in touch while on holiday - to check up on the Pon Duo? If so, please do let us know that all is well. Because you do know how much we fret. Perhaps a tray of those doughnuts delivered to the kennels every few days might help………..! Fretting already, from the Westcoast of Canada.
Sophie balancing food on a plate? No way! Bob would eat it all before she could even be trained. Have a wonderful trip!
Cheer up Sophie it might never happen….

The dreaded day is here. We'll miss you terribly. Sadness abounds. ( And England's loss to Uruguay doesn't help.) Bon voyage, friends.
You will be missed....and my thoughts will be on my favourite family from deepest France profonde.Safe travels to you and Madame Font, enjoy your trip and return safely soon....please.If possible an update while you're away on the PON angels would be much appreciated. What am I supposed to do without my daily dose of Bob and Sophie....I can feel the withdrawal symptoms kicking in already.I wonder if I can get my Brownie to do any of those balancing tricks in the video. I don't Sophie would be interested except she was being rewarded with peas, ice cream and a whole croissant!!
