Puffin.

A very wet afternoon in London. Angus peruses the cookbooks in the Swedish book store.

A recipe for puffin stuffed with cake sends an involuntary shiver of horror down his spine.

We return the puffin book to the shelves and opt for a cheerful book that has cake in the title.

Some of the recipes are perhaps on the 'adventurous' side of the scale but how bad can desert be ?

Oh no!I thought it was sad they served puffin in Iceland, but in Sweden, too?! We have Tufted and Horned Puffins on the Oregon Coast, hoping they continue to breed each summer!
I'm so glad you out the book back, Angus!😊

You always say "The Font" eats only a bite of dessert. I suspect that would turn into outright forgoing even a bite in the case of puffin stuffed with cake. Is that dessert or a main dish?

Oh no ! I'd stick with those gorgeous cakes from the patisserie in your little market town. My lasting memory of Swedish cuisine is pancakes and lyngonsild, served on Thursdays, after Pea soup!

Sounds a bit healthy for a dessert cake.

Angus, I think that you need to find a decent cake shop in London
