One day a tourist came in to the shop, her arms overloaded with freshly picked dahlias. She seemed blissfully unaware that she might have erred. Talking to the Parks and Garden people in town today they were telling me how they would love to fill the park with bulbs as we are cool climate but that people just steal them for their own garden.
