I've n...Maybe it's also a generation thing. I've noticed that many of those, like my Dad, who survived active service in World War Two, had a very different attitude to 'heath and safety'. Despite being by most measures a most upstanding and law abiding citizen, he never really could accept that car seat belts were necessary, nor that there was anything wrong with having a few drinks at the restaurant then driving home.
