A record of those unimportant little things that are too important to be forgotten.

The darkest hour has only sixty minutes.
To the local garden store for lavender plants. We pause to take in the new seasons displays of overalls and seed potatoes. French country chic at its finest.
A day spent outside in the sunshine. Bob and Sophie once again display their love for uprooting bamboo. By lunchtime the lawn is covered in well chewed fronds. The perfect snack for a brother and sister to enjoy together.
For the second night in a row the little angels are tired out by their efforts in the garden and sleep until seven. Heaven is a sleeping one year old PON. An awake one is a different matter.
Heaven for your blog readers is a photo of Bob and Sophie playing 'a deux' with a branch of bamboo.
ReplyDeleteDid you ever think that perhaps they are pandas, not PONs? Pandas love bamboo!

DeletePONDAS enjoying bamboo.
The shock of red hair truly completes the look!

DeleteGet them a flock of geese to look out for - so they will sleep always and your garden will blossom... with laughter and love from Southern Italy Susanne, Daisy, Kiri and Dandy-lion
ReplyDeleteI'm glad they are targeting an invasive plant. Your bamboo won't stand a chance of keeping up with the PON pruning.
ReplyDeleteBamboo, the snack you can eat between meals without spoiling you appetite.
ReplyDeletePart panda perhaps?
ReplyDeleteYou have to admit it. Those chic French people have absolutely flawless complexions!

I hope my Brownie doesn't get any ideas from the PON duo about wreaking havoc on my bamboo plants.
