Sophie's Monday morning emotions include (in ascending order) :
1) Extreme happiness on getting a pre-breakfast tickle
2) Boundless joy when receiving a rice cake and
3) A transcendent delight known only to a sister who catches the ball and won't let her brother have it.
Things will move up a notch when we head off to the bakers for a croissant.
So starts another morning with the diva of the canine world and her long suffering and affable brother.
