Scotland isn't an exotic place but the sunrise and sunsets here rank alongside the best of them.
On the counter by the front door a book with the title ' Tails of Scotland - The story of Scottish dogs '. Two Skye Terriers peer back at me from the front cover. Inside there's a photo of a trio of Dandy Dinmonts hurtling along a loch side in top gear. What better reason can there be for the sudden decision to buy a book than a photo of Dandy Dinmonts ?

that's a mighty red-sky morning!
I've seen that dog book somewhere - was it not here a while back? Anyway, I'm glad it has found a way onto your shelves!
Thanks again for some absorbing morning reading. YAM xx
Are there any plans to have two puppies joining you in the days ahead?🐶🐶
It seems that Scotland has more than its fair share of native dog breeds - I wonder why that is? Fun links today! Macron's hairstyle is a hoot, but I suspect we've all been guilty of something at least equally bad. My brother and his wife are visiting Morocco later this month, but I doubt they'll be staying at the "in" place.
A daily walk on that beach would be good for any legs, two or four. When you are in Louisville, try a Hot Brown, best for lunch, it is a bit heavy for late in the day (I went to law school at the University of Louisville.)
The sunrise pictures are lovely. A long walk on the beach is always restorative. The photo of a young Macron explains why his teacher, now wife, latched on to him! And love the book of dogs.

The population movement will, very unfortunately, benefit the red states in the electoral college.
Thank you for a delightful post... from the gorgeous skies to the Louisville Brown...which I will make shortly. It sounds delicious.
