Bob's Thursday morning PONder.

The torrential rain stops. Bob and Sophie are allowed out of the house. ' The font ' shares their delight.

Our PON duos day is spent chasing field mice in the barn. Field mice are small and fast and can get into tiny spaces that no PON could ever dream of getting into. These factors in no way diminish Bob and Sophie's enjoyment. Belief in their hunting skills, despite a singular lack of success, is undiminished.

As all PON's know "Life is too short to be anything but happy.

Ahhhhhh, but the fun is in the chase. They'll be able to have more fun in the future.

I love Bob's PONder for today....so very true... Life is too short to be anything but happy.
Mice chasing is lots of fun......keeps them both occupied and they don't have time to miss you while you're away Angus.

Oh those devious mice hiding from the PONs.
I do remember one dropping from the roof of our garage, straight in front of Mia, it was slightly stunned, recovered itself, then ran off before Mia had even worked out what had happened. Maybe Bouncing Bertie could do some online hunting lessons ?

I'm betting that one of these days they're going to perfect their hunting skills and the mice won't be so lucky!
