Crispy but not greasy.

Bob is up early and keen to get into the back of the car and head off to the bakers. He looks at me intently. The yogurt coating his beard detracts from the seriousness of the situation.
.

A different bakers this morning. The croissant is very good. Crisply buttery without being greasy. The PONs each have a curved end which marks this out as the best day ever.

It's very important that the croissant is just so. Bob and Sophie must be quite the connoisseurs these days.

Bob appears to be wearing his ready-for-takeoff light this morning.

Croissant consistency is all important.

Slightly over coloured citron.

Or , mundanely, the rising sun reflected in the drivers mirror. I'll stick with the takeoff light though. More the ever happy fellows style.

Thankful you for the close ups of the cake cabinet. I enlarged each one for a closer look but could not choose a favourite.

If in doubt go for a millefeuille
