Round the world - and back.

Much colder this morning. The heat of recent weeks gone. The family diva knows it's cold outside and is asleep, on her back, under my desk. Men in dark suits are happy India and Pakistan are less bellicose although unsure what the Hanoi summit means. Will the meeting with Xi be better prepared ?  Thankfully, Sophie isn't snoring this morning which means these weighty issues can be discussed at length.

Another month and the family diva can have her hair trimmed. She is sporting a somewhat squiffy look as we head off on our morning walk.

Bob is told that sirloin and chocolate lava cake were served at the Hanoi summit dinner. His studied view is that he'd travel round the world - and back - for sirloin.

But how would Bob have felt about the kimchi-stuffed pear? Lovely picture of Sophie. How to deal with home conference calls is an ongoing dilemma here. If I lock Cherry out in the hall, she barks to be let into my office, so it's usually safer just to let her in from the start, put the phone on Mute and pray the delivery man stays away. I assume that in dealing with the men in dark suits, putting the phone on Mute is probably not an option.

Hari om
March, I feel, is going to deliver some late winter weather. I can feel it in my bones. Literally. As for politics this month... men in dark suits would be forgiven for shivering. YAM xx

Bertie too would venture far sirloin, but it was the chocolate lava cake (what???) that caught my attention...
Cheers! Gail.

I'd travel round the world for Bob and Sophie.

Bob is so handsome! Those eyes! Best pic of him ever!
Nothing good was ever coming out of Hanoi, just another diversion from Pres. Treason.
Will 2020 ever come?

Bob and Sophie are usually peaceful. Not always. C-A-T-S in the garden can get the howling going. Angus is getting good at severing the link so that he can phone back and say something was wrong with the line.

Chocolate lava cake. Perhaps menus at summit meetings are an insight into the future ?

New Zealand lamb is also popular with the PONs.

Bob is always placid when the hair over his eyes is trimmed and he can see.

This morning's news concerning the "deal" our Loser In Chief walked away from describes a scenario quite different from the one described by the L.I.C.

I like the versatility of L.I.C.....could be Loser....always Liar.
But Bob is deserving of that meal if anyone is.
