The season of freshly made chocolate Easter Eggs arrives.
Back in Scotland, Phil ( the joiner with face furniture ) sends me two photos. One of the sea and one of a dog he's seen as he stops off for his morning cup of tea at the cafe by the church. He texts to say he is still ' putting together' the wardrobe. In some ways - ie a sense of urgency - Scotland and deepest France profonde are remarkably similar.

If Scottish artisans work as well as French artisans, it will be worth the wait.

I love Phil....dogs and the ocean are two of my favorite things as well.
Oh that view of the sea makes my heart sing. Happy Easter to you and yours from over here on the Canadian prairies.
Wouldn't it be something to have a garden that goes right to the cliff edge. There again what would survive in it apart from bracken and gorse ?
They seem to share the same sense of timing.

I must say that, good thought Phil's photo is, the ocean doesn't look inviting. Bright sunshine and a crowded beach here today - what a contrast !
