A record of those unimportant little things that are too important to be forgotten.

Contentment is a wealth which is never exhausted.
Eight potters show up. Considering the problems with the dispatch of the invitations this is a reasonable turnout . Every couple of hours Angus is sent out of the house and instructed to 'mingle' and shake hands . '' You don't want to get a reputation as being standoffish " says 'the font'. Listening to a wild eyed lady potter in an orange bandanna wax lyrical about her ash glaze ( "Would you like to hear how I make it ?" ) Angus can't help but think that getting a reputation for standoffishness might be no bad thing.
A visiting Texan god daughter is happy to carry back a series of artisinal mugs with faces. Bob and Sophie are just happy. On one of our outings Madame Bay slips them a little grilled sausage.

Pleased to see Madame Bay back on the blog. As, no doubt, are Bob and Sophie.
Some how having a mug looking at you first thing in the morning is an unsettling image.
Did they try firing up the old kiln this year ?
I suspect that Bob and Sophie were every bit as interesting as the pottery to the event goers. Maybe even a bit more so... God bless Mme.Bay, a true friend to PONs.
I presume the mugs will soon be shipped to the U.S.?
Ah, I was wondering who would get the internet-icon mugs. May she enjoy them long and often.
Sossidge? Way cool!
I like those mugs, I would have bought a few myself.
Glad you weren't allowed to be "standoffish".....smile....gotta love the Font....she always makes me laugh.
