Thanksgiving is ...

... the joy a big brother feels when his little sister returns

..... a bowl of spaghetti, beans and kibbles after a lonely night away

..... and the trust that everything's going to turn out just fine.

So glad that all is well with Sophie, looking at her clean bowl there's not much wrong with her appetite ! Bob can rest easy now that his little sister is safely back in the fold.

So happy that Sophie is back at home....she looks in fine form. Glad the surgery went well.
I laughed out loud in your previous post when the Font suggested a 10am pickup and the vet staff SUGGESTED 7.30am.
Love that pet dish.....truly the kind for a special Diva.
Did you ever find her Lamb doo doo? Sure she'd love to have Lamb keep her company while she's sequestered.
We send our love and wishes for a speedy recovery.

Well, at least you know what's coming...but she'll be like new for the new year.

Thanks to Angus for the reassuring peek at our 2 furry friends. Bob will surely relax now, and Sophie looks like she "gets it" this time doesn't she?
Love to all, whatever you eat today, if everyone is at home, it IS Thanksgiving.....just ask Bob :)

At least the end is in sight. That's a formidable bandage, but let's hope there's a lot of healing going on underneath it.

May she recover quickly. Does she get any extra yogurt?

Glad to see you home again Sophie. Get well soon

Nothing says home like a nice bowl of food . Sad memories just seem to fly away.
Looks like a secure bandage/cast and Sophie looks happy and comfortable. Hope the leg in abduction when seated. doesn't strain her hip.

All will be well very soon! Much love to both lovely PON's....and to their owners. Never easy when one of the flock needs attending to.

Poor dog; I hope he realises it's all been for his own good.

It's wonderful to see Sophie home and doing well. She must have a sense of déjà vu. A very happy Thanksgiving to all in the Rickety Old Farm House!

I knew that spaghetti was comfort food for humans, but for dogs? Bon appetite, Sophie.
As are her other fans, I'm thankful that she is on the road to healing, that the flock is now whole. Happy days and good food to all.
