40 minutes well invested.

Listened to this in the car. The best take on the US 2020 elections I've heard. Serious in tone and content but well worth committing 40 minutes to. Helen Thompson at Cambridge is well informed .

I listened to all 40 minutes. Wish there had been more of Helen Thompson and less of Gary in Boston, who seems to echo pretty much of what we hear and read so often here in the US. Of course, he is commenting for a UK audience I guess. I wish she had been encouraged to discuss some of the conspiracy theories which the far right is constantly bringing up with their criticisms if the FBI, etc. I've never heard a discussion of Biden's financial ties with the State of Delaware and its being a tax haven, which she brought up.

I say Boot-idge-idge. Most people have decided that Mayor Pete is less troublesome. I'm looking forward to hearing him in the debates.

She teaches at Cambridge and seems to always have access to analysis and information that is both novel an enlightening.

I will look forward to listening to it tomorrow on my way to work. This evening the news is filled with the resignation of Kirstjen Nielsen. What a mess.
