The lure of the exotic.

Christmas is close because tins of Oreo's have made an appearance  in the ' Exotic Foods of the World ' aisle of the supermarket. Bizarrely, they've been put in the Asian section.

The cold weather means we leave our summer quarters and move upstairs to be closer to the fire. This entails a change in the PONs routine. The winter dining room strictly out of bounds to Bob and Sophie. This is a rule they have conveniently and collectively forgotten. The lure of Pintade aux fruits secs, miel et petits oignons makes all attempts at imposing this rule impossible. Bob ends his evening out staring a pair of socks.

Tomorrow we'll go to see Monsieur Bay about the Belgian lady and the 'unhappiness' at the horse farm.

We don't see any reason ANY room is deemed out of bounds for the PONs.

Looks like Bob and Sophie mean business when it comes to negotiating room access.

Rooms can be made out of bounds? I'd love to know how you can do that, Leah's even learnt how to open the door to my sewing room which was supposed to me out of bounds !

But it looks like Bob and Sophie washed up for dinner and everything...

And Oreo's in a tin, that's exotic, especially if they are chocolate covered and have "double stuff!"

I can hear Bob and Sophie saying, "We just want to be with our people,! Especially when there's so much good-smelling stuff happening!

They seem to be making quite a confident entrance. I'm sure you were mistaken to think that the room was ever out of bounds! Just look at them. They belong and they know it.

The answer is to rid the room of the crystal and china...then the pons belong there!
Oreos in tins in the Asian section...hey, they're still Oreos !

Rooms out of bounds to the angelic duo? Surely Angus you jest....as we say here, you had better get with the program.
My daughter would love one of those big tins of Oreo cookies....I have never seen them like that.
