It's cold. A biting wind thundering down from the mountains. Scott's Porage Oats for breakfast. Bob has some honey mixed in with his. He's so happy with this unexpected turn of events he shows his overbite and does his soft shoe shuffle.
A winters Sunday in deepest, deepest France profonde.

Some of the mud comes off when feet are drying, too.
Oh I'm with Bob, a bit of honey in my morning porridge is just the best way to start the day!
That works for Bob, but does it work for Sophie?
Tell Bob that maple syrup in the porridge is pretty good too.
Simple pleasures are the best
Porage on our menu for this morning's breakfast as well. This evening will feature a dinner in honor of Scotland's favorite son....
I did the same today... and now I spend the rest of that icy sunday under my blankie

Honey on the porridge (porage?) - what a start to the day - followed by the illicit half croissant? Paddling, digging and then what looks like the comfiest bed in the house - can the PON's Sunday get any better! That's some bed that Bob has.
The PON's batteries need recharging? Goodness, can this be? I thought it was the PON' s parents batteries that were in question.
