Abundantly clear.

Everyone is up at 5:00 am to head off to the airport .

This means Sophie's beauty sleep is interrupted.

Her views on this change to the daily schedule are made abundantly clear.

A 24 hour buffet-of-buffets pass. Presumably there is a market for this in Las Vegas . 'The Font' wonders how French the Le Village Buffet can be : 'You may not consider a buffet to be romantic, but Le Village Buffet might change your mind. From its French village setting to Paris-inspired dishes, you’ll be saying oui, oui to a buffet date in no time'

5am is way too early to be getting up, and it is funny that even Sophie finds it too early.

I would be keen to try the buffets and get back to you. Of course I would have to come to France to compare in the name of research.

Happily, I have never been to Las Vegas. And at first I misread that as meaning Jimmy Buffett. I wonder if he could write a song about village dining?
Hope everyone got on planes with minimum bother and home safely, and that Sophie's beauty-sleep routine will be restored.

Perhaps Sophie would appreciate a 'buffet-of-buffets' pass?

The buffet information looked a bit complicated. I glazed over I'm afraid :-)

That was the sensible thing to do.

Thank goodness Bob can relax now that he has a smaller flock to keep in line. And Sophie, we're with you on that beauty sleep!

A patient told me yesterday she'd taken her holiday company to the airport at 3:45 AM. We both decided it was a good thing that Dulles airport is so close!

Any buffet in Las Vegas makes me a little wary. I wonder who'd be willing to gamble on trying the truffle macaroni and cheese at the French Buffet at 3 AM? You might be regretting that oui, and saying oh-no afterwards.

I've eaten at several of the Casinos listed. The food is always good, at the correct temperature.

The price is the draw. $49.99 for a day's worth of meals is reasonable.

Next time, my travelling pal wants to hit Vegas, I'll see if I can talk her into this.
We don't gamble, just window shop, people watch and catch up in a warmer climate.

I think there might be a market for just about anything in Las Vegas.
And happy new year to all at the ROF!
