The weather continues to be unseasonably wet. '' It's dreadful M'Ongoose. This is the most rain we've had since the spring of 1940 '' says a wellington boot wearing Madame Bay. Madame Bay is waging a war against mud. Bob and Sophie bring it inside . Madame Bay mops it up. Madame Bay is losing the battle .
The two little angels spend the wet afternoon in the kitchen. ' The font ' works around them. They look expectantly at the oven door . To their surprise a pair of reflected shaggy dogs look back . Bob gets told off when he tries to scramble on top of the range to say hello to them. Sophie takes his place by the oven door. She has a well practised '' Oh Bob ! You are bad but I'm perfect " look on her face.

Maybe your next purchase could be something like a pair of good sized lambs they could put their herding instincts to work on. Just a thought.

A PONder from the Westcoast of Canada: Given that the pups have been with you for well over a month now - exactly when was it that SOPHIE discovered that all goods things come from behind the oven door?
And just a wee mention.......COULD THEY POSSIBLY BE ANY CUTER!!!!!!!!
They should learn Jack's digging song: http://dailydoseofjack.blogspot.com/2009/01/january-28-2009.html
We thought it was just typical....Sophie waiting to see what comes out of the oven, and Bob--typical male--wondering how the thing works!

Picture number three is just perfect.
Oh what joy to have your own personal plant pot for digging around in.
The photos in front of the oven are cute and so very funny at the same time.
Bob and Sophie really make a great start to my day.
Do the two of you ever sleep?! Next time you look, maybe something yummy will be baking away in the oven!
Love ya lots♥

That picture of the two sat end to end has to staged! Did you staple their feet to the floor?
Wonderful pictures x
After watching those videos, I can't imagine why Madame Bay is losing the battle against mud! lol What a cute little pair of fuzzballs!
OMG. just when i think they can't get better.
i had to laugh. once she piles it all up on one end ~ she has the good sense to turn around and dig it back to the other end! smart little sophie! and smart of bob not to get on the end for a face full of dirt!
the oven pictures had me laughing again. OUT LOUD. LOVIN' IT!!!
I don't think Bob was trying to scramble on top of the oven. I believe he was trying to figure out which button to press to open it. Sophie obviousy whispered to him, and told him to do it.
Bob is fixing the settings on the stove.
Bob and Sophie are convinced that if they sit in front of the oven long enough, croissants will magically appear. C'est vrai, n'est-ce-pas?
Those pictures of them waiting for a treat from the oven is absolutely precious! They also look like they could be waiting for a bus!
Clever PONs!
Sophie looks as if her coat is turning white faster than Bob's; he seems still to have a bit of faux-Dalmatian about him. Will they both eventually turn all white (generic term, not specific color), or white except for the head or ears?
