Do not leave unattended. Prone to wander.

I check the garden. The PONette is close by my side. In fact she's pretty much  attached to my ankles.

The family diva has clearly decided that she has a troublesome member of the flock.

Canine logic points to the fact that Angus is 'not the brightest knife in the drawer' and can't be let out of her sight for too long. He is one of those forgetful and prone to 'wander' types that require constant monitoring .

So my Friday morning starts under the unblinking gaze of a Polish Lowland Sheepdog.

Last night we dine, virtually, in Copenhagen. This has to be one of the best places in the world to live. We decide that this summer we will get in the big car and head off to Scandinavia with Sophie.

Summer has retreated. Snow is forecast further North :

Who needs an ankle tag when you have a Sophie? I love the photo of her sat proudly among the daisies.
Nobby experienced hail on the back lawn Wednesday, snow yesterday and frost this morning...
Cheers! Gail.

I enjoyed the menus today! While you were away did the church still get unlocked and locked, or have you permanently delegated that daily task to someone else in your village?

Sophie, Inca is of the same opinion as you, and says there always seems to be a wayward member of the flock who needs sticking to like glue.
I get the cold shoulder and shadowing, if I leave her for more than a few minutes!
The forecast of snow in France would account for the bitterly cold wind we have here this morning. It came as such a shock when we went out for our morning walk that I forgot to check the temperature! No way am I going to now! We went out early because the electricity company are working in the neighbourhood today and we are without power. Fortunately
it's been restored for a couple of hours - before it's off again.
Copenhagen has some of the best food that we've had anywhere in the world. We especially enjoyed eating outdoors on the terrace at the theatre.

'The Font' is considered reliable enough to become the official door opener on days when the weather is good enough.
